Best place to stay in Coron
Exceptional service, beautiful location, the best service I encounter in any hotel. The friendliness of the staff makes you feel at home. Ten to fifteen minutes of walk to the town center. Thirty pesos by tuk tuk. Evening entertainment was pleasant and not challenging. I can’t emphasize enough the attentiveness of the personel. Nice pool and beautiful view from most of the rooms. I strongly recommend staying in Skylodge hotel on Coron.

The staff is awesome as well as the food and drinks. Awesome view from the rooms. Was nice to stay somewhere up in the hills away from the city, which is only a two minute drive away.

I'm no babe in the woods- Skylodge is a clear cut above from an owner with a vision who sees it through by hiring/ keeping an outstanding staff. The view overlooking Coron is a daily inspiration along with the comp breakfast. Plain and simple great value here. The front desk will take care of you.

The place is situated in a hill that when you are in balcony or even in second floor, you could overlook the town below and ocean. I loved the breeze of the wind specially in the morning.

A wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Upon arrival we were greeted with a complimentary drink and a welcome smile. The room was clean, had all the amenities needed for a comfortable relaxing stay and as a added bonus a great selection of movies to watch before bedtime.. Breakfast served each day daily was a wonderful experience. So many entree to choose from. The Sky lodge scheduled are return to the airport.but could only shuttle us between 8:30 and 9:00 am Are flight was scheduled for 12:30 pm. So we arrived many hours early.at the airport. The property is still being renovated and we were awaken by construction in the morning. The driveway going to the Sky lodge is very steep to walk upward to. Very difficult to walk up when the heat of the day is apparent. The Sky lodge offers free shuttle to town But a little difficult to set a schedule for the driver to take you there. The times offered is not always the time the driver is available. You will enjoy your stay there if you decide to stay at the Sky Lodge I have traveled to over 40 countries and would rate this property as a 3.5 stars.

Skylodge is a new resort that is still under construction. As such there are still a few teething issues. TV in the room had poor reception, the internal phone didn’t work, when it rains poor cover in certain areas so you get wet. Rooms are clean though and staff very friendly. Some of the food choices were not available. Free van service to town is useful and the tours on offer are good. Hotel will be better once it is finished

Staff at the hotel were very welcoming. The hotel would do better by informing clients of the pick up service offereed or arranged. We had difficulty getting to the hotel from Coron Port, fares quoted were from 250 pesos. Finally we took a auto motor cycle. The driver dropped us at the foot of the hill we had to walk up in the rain. At other places on booking which we usually do months in advance, we recieved an e mail from thr hotel offering to pick us up from the airport and other travelling assistance. Internet is also spotty does not work well. Breakfast was average.

This will be great when complete!
The room was modern and clean, staff friendly & helpful and the free hotel shuttle to town very handy but there’s still so much renovation to do and hotel very much like a building site (moreso than anticipated) pool will have cracking view once it has water in!

Property is not big enough for 2 peoples ( and we’re 3 in the room) too far from down town paying extra for ride to town. The sale person told us pay 1800 pesos for island hopping because is the best. I told home we found cheaper for 1200 pesos . Said those are not good one . So we believed him. Find out all the people going to same trip are taking ours from different hotel they paid 1200 for the same trip. We almost missed our boat road . They offer to give us our ride to port. So we told ahead of time the departure of the ferry . No elevator, I have hard to to use stairs. They don’t empty garbage. No electricity 4 x a day. The bathroom too small. Next time I book to hostel and know what I expected and pay must less money. People are friendly.

The property is located on a hill, so it gets fabulous view of Coron. It's especially relaxing to dine at the room top restaurant. The staff are always courteous, smiling and tries to help. The facilities and rooms all feel brand new and clean. Location was also quite good, since it's far enough away from the town, but still walk-able (15 minutes). The restaurant menu has a wide enough selection and good enough taste with a reasonable price. Tours and transport organized by the hotel went smoothly. However, the hotel is half finished, feels like a Death Star 2, which is half finished but operational. Some minor flaws include the stairs step height seems to be too high (not kid friendly) and inconsistent, and the toilet is too small. There were also moments of loss of electricity, internet and water. But that is fine considering you can escape the hectic city life. I would definitely stay at Skylodge again. And when it's finished, it will come with a nice swimming pool.

Please be advised this hotel is still under construction as of April 2019. Our stay was made memorable by the wonderful staff who were very helpful and welcoming. Yes, this hotel is situated at the top of a steep hill and most tricycle drivers will drop you off at the bottom. It is also a bit removed from the center of the town and is about a 10-15 minute walk to the main road. The hotel does provide a free shuttle that will drop you off anywhere in the town proper. You can arrange a pick up time with the driver via Facebook messenger, which was very helpful. The hotel rooms are tiny and felt a bit cramped with two grown adults. This place is decent if you only use it as a place to sleep and shower. The air conditioner and fan work well. The bed is memory foam, but a bit stiff. The promotional price due to construction should be made permanent. I don't know if I'd pay any more for this place when the hotel is completed. A suggestion: it would be nice to have some shade provided on the rooftop lounge area.

Overall pleasent stay, but due to timing of visit, it was difficult to book tours from the hotel. Even if we made reservation beforehand, it was not confirmed and ended up wasting few days becasue of it. But I do hope to revisit the hotel once the construction is finished

Despite the construction, this hotel was able to meet and even exceed my needs. It’s a very nice hotel and I cannot wait to see it when construction is done. I liked the daily room service and coming home to a clean and tidy bed. They also do drop off and pick up in the town which makes is so helpful and convenient. Wi-Fi connection was pretty fast. Staff are accommodating and very polite. I definitely recommend this place.

Breakfast is excellent with several choices and different menu everyday. Rooms are clean with hot shower. Loved it especially with overlooking view of Coron while watching the sun rise or sunset. It’s breathtaking and relaxing 😍 Staffs are all smiles and very polite. We had our tours arranged through the hotel with competive pricing and less headache. The on-going construction didn’t bother much. This hotel will be an excellent choice especially when building is fully completed. It all started upon my arrival and the hotel informed by way of an email that they would have my name on a placard which did not happen. I had to have a driver call the hotel. They kept asking me my name but I said no you tell me. After that the hotel did finally say my name. The person then placed me in one van and after many minutes passed by a big group of people tried to fit in the van so they asked me to get out and they moved me to another van. On another occasion I was dropped off in town and the driver never picked me up at the agreed time. I waited 15 minutes then I took a tricycle up to the place but he said his tricycle could not go up all the way so I had to walk up the steep hill in the dark. They said sorry that the driver was busy with other guests. I asked to see the manager and he said sorry and he wasn't even willing to pay me the 20 pasos. Another time the shuttle driver dropped bme off at the wrong location for the laundry. The last complaint, a hang in the hotel slipped off the wooden posted and broke on the ground. When I reported it they charged me 100 pasos for the hard plastic type hanger. I thought was excessive. Overall NOT a good experience with this hotel.

the property will probably be very nice once complete, for now its a building site. in fairness apart from daytimes noise, dust being carried in and the works its not too much of a pain. The room is ok but there are live sockets in the shower cubicle for the heater: MAD! The staff are very pleasant and the restaurant pretty nice. The view is pretty good. Overall OK, Coron could be beautiful but is a terrible mess

Great view and location and great customer service
We had a wonderful stay at Skylodge Resort. The hotel is ideally situated atop a hill so you can see a picturesque view of Coron. The staff are polite, friendly, efficient and accommodating. They cater to your every needs. I don’t usually give a review like this but they contributed a lot to our amazing Coron vacation. My only regret is we should have stayed longer. The 4 days and 3 nights is not enough and left me longing for more. Next time I visit the Philippines I would bring my husband and we’d definitely stay in Skylodge Resort again.

Hotel is still being built, so if you can get past the exterior appearance, the hotel is quite charming with new rooms, great and attentive staff, and a generally great all-around experience. When the hotel is fully built in 2019, it should be one of the best in Coron town.

Ligger litt på utsiden av byen, åpen på en høyde. Litt tungvint å gå til/fra byen, men mulig. En del av moped-taxiene sliter med å komme seg opp den siste bakken opp til hotellet. Litt bygningsarbeid foregår på hotellet, og derfor litt støy. Aircondition på mitt rom bråket en del, og var plassert slik at den blåste rett på senga slik at man sov i en kald trekk. Frokosten var grei, men litt ensformig. Ellers var betjeningen veldig service-innstilt og hyggelig.

Nous avons été déçu car à l’arrivée on nous donne une chambre on s’installe après de nombreuses heures de voyage et un moment après, en retournant à la réception on nous dit qu’il y a une erreur sur la chambre et que l’on doit changer, donc ranger toutes nos affaires et pour une chambre moins bien. Je regrette surtout qu’il n’y ai pas eu un geste commercial étant donné que l’erreur venait d’eux. Et ensuite on nous compte des boissons soit disant prises dans le mini bar ce qui était totalement faux mais après explication on ne nous les a pas comptées. Et enfin on voulait nous faire payer une serviette de bain, donnée pour une excursion parce qu’elle était tachée alors qu’on ne l’avait même pas utilisée, après s’être mis un peu en colère parceque ça commençait à faire beaucoup ils ont abandonné. A part ça on mange très bien c’est calme à part la clim dans la chambre un peu bruyante

Прекрасный отель,номер новый,постельное белье чистое и свежее,есть и кондиционер и вентилятор.можно выбрать что удобнее.в номере чайник,холодильник,телевизор,шкафы.единственно,негде сушить вещи.и в отеле идёт ремонт.после ремонта это будет реально лучший отель Филиппин)))вай-фай ловит отлично,принимают к оплате карты(без комиссии).если вернемся на Корон то только сюда.туры кстати брали у них.очень удобно,цена такая же как и везде.

Skylodge ressort séduisant
Hôtel situé à côté de la route touristique, actuellement il y a des travaux, l'accès est assez compliqué car il faut monter un chemin. C'est sécurisé à l'entrée, les chambres sont assez petites mais très correct. C'est construit sur plusieurs étages, les petits déjeuners sont très bons. La vue sur la ville et l'océan est magnifique depuis la terrasse ( gros point positif ) . Dès que les travaux seront finis, cet endroit aura beaucoup de charme.
