Dale and Margaret were the greatest hosts during our stay! The view was astounding (even during a little rain), the facilities were great and after 3 nights we really didn't want to leave. Great location and highly recommend a visit.

The cottages and gardens were gorgeous. It has the feel of a private retreat. It was so lovely I immediately rebooked a second night when I arrived. The staff were lovely and helpful. Closely located to the local attractions, town and beach. I also had an exceptional meal at the Church Restaurant. Just wish I could have stayed longer.

We drove into Tairua and into the Main Street of this lovely, neat and tidy town. There were a few cafes and shops including a Four Square supermarket and a bottle shop. We stopped in at one of the cafes for lunch and it was so delicious we ordered take away meals and took them with us for dinner that night. We found the hotel easily - about a 5 minute drive from the town centre and were greeted by the manager who also informed us of some activities nearby including kayaking and canoeing. Our...

The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The outdoor pool was also a great bonus perfect for relaxing and enjoying some downtime.
