Everything was immaculately clean and organized. I could communicate with the front desk by text, which was very convenient. I really enjoyed this stay!

Clean. Has everything we need as a family of 4. The gentleman at the front desk was outstanding. They were run off thier feet from a buay weekend. Our room was bot ready. He dis everything to keep the kids happy while we waited.
New motel that is clean and comfortable. The hallway fan is set so high it sounds like a hover craft with a whistle echoing down the hall all day and night. If you expect a quiet night this will not please you. This is a new motel and guests should not be dealing with poor equipment.
Very nice and new. However, I request that Expedia post the cost for bringing a pet. The hotel is listed as pet friendly but does not say the cost. I found out it was CAD$50 after arriving at the hotel.
We had a difficult stay. Heating and cooling problems in the two rooms we stayed in. Didn't
have the room we requested due to problems. The shower produced cold water. Couldn’t get hold of the on duty manager at check out to resolve issues. It was very disappointing.
The fan in the hall was so loud we could hear it in the room. Very annoying. Good place to stop off overnight but not to stay. Very clean and a good breakfast.
Amazing that no one at reception was able to get our equipment connected to the hotel wi-fi. It took 30 minutes to find someone how could do it and I was ready to leave.
Hotel is brand new and beautiful. Pet charges are way too much and additional fees that they are supposed to credit you are also charged. I will stay elsewhere next time because of these 2 reasons.

This Hamptons Inn just opened last week. It was spotless and very comfortable and spacious for a family of four (we had an accessible room). The breakfast lobby is bright, colourful and cozy. It’s a real step up compared to many other Cornwall hotel/motel options, and has a great little pool for kids to get their energy out.

the only issue I had is an allergy to bleach and similar cleaners and these seem to have been used. Hilde

Awesome property. My only concern was the $50. pet charge. That was excessive enough to have us stay somewhere else next trip.
