"The room was dusty and dirty especially the bathroom, Please be aware of noise at night! There is a nightclub across the street and you won’t be able to sleep at all. The staff are okay. Do not recommend to stay here. Please go to another Hotel. "

"The food was absolutely delicious!! However, some of the staff were rude, inconsiderate, and frankly didn’t seem to want to “deal with us.” On a positive note, one of the bartenders and receptionist were delightful to talk with and were patient, and respectful. Along with this, the cleanliness of the room was simply okay. There were stains on the bedding, no liners in the trash cans, and the floor had salt and stains marks on it as well. And when we tried to ask for housekeeping to clean it while we were away, we came back to a room in the same condition as we left it unfortunately. Overall, a pretty decent experience, but 4 stars because the staff members that were out of this world brought the experience up from 2 stars. "

"Couch bed lacked sheets and pillows. It is ridiculous that I had to ask for them in first place. The two ladies at front desk took care of it for me though. Beds were hard and not comfortable at all…..sleep like crap"

"Great place, easy access, safe parking, super clean, all the basics. Very minor concerns - TVs remotes didnt quite work, check in app was quite cumbersume - but phone support was super friendly and helpful, bedrooms were nice - but in apt common space was less than what would be expected. The apartment building did have nice common spaces as well. No significant problems and felt very safe. I'd stay again. A 4.45 star review - I can be a little critical."
