"I give it 5 stars because it was what I wanted for the price I wanted. Over 6 days I saved about $600 over the next cheapest place I could find on Expedia. It has no amenities except a pot of drip coffee in the morning. No pool, no snacks, the TV did not seem to have anything worth watching, so minimal requirements but comfortable and it all worked. They did come on a daily basis to clean my room, which is rare for my last few stays at other places. But I do not want a lot, just a place to sleep that is comfortable at night and the rest of the time I am out. The money I saved was spent on other things like great Cuban food."

"The unit (room) smelled of smoke even though it’s a non smoking room. Ash was left on the sofa. Impossible to get hold of any staff member via the phone or text. Expedia relocated us the next day."

"Very dirty . Staffs very rude . It was disappointing had to move me motels because they didn’t mention they were closing on the 29th and I booked my stay from april 27th to may 6th . "
