The staff at this place are perhaps the most attentive I have ever encountered. Not only will they greet you with a friendly local "Bula" (Hello) but within a day or so almost every one of them will know your name and some of your preferences. The food & beverage is unsurpassed. What a great little hotel this is. You can see the care that is taken to make people feel welcome and enjoy their stay. I booked this as it’s my birthday week. The owner was friendly, greets us every time we arrive. When we arrived he apologised as there’s a glitch where he can’t find our booking, but he still entertain us and gave us a free upgrade. We love the place and it’s a memorable experience, got a power outage for a day too. Well even there’s an unexpected power outage he still cares very much offered us waters and apologised for it. We had an absolutely amazing family stay at the beach house. Slight miscommunication with our rooms but the staff dealt with it professionally and ensured we were comfortable had what we needed. The kids loved the kayaks, snorkelling, table tennis and horse riding. We will definitely be back! Beautiful place, wonderful staff!

We loved our stay at Kaila Na Ua resort. Our hosts Warren and Roz were more than helpful and a wealth of knowledge on the area. It might not be as flash as the resort up the road but the views, peace and quiet and the constant rolling waves on the reef made it so much better. Recommended 👍

Such a great resort with the most friendly staff. The food was amazing and had such a wide range of options. They had different activities everyday for guests to take part in and the staff were always so helpful and accommodating.

My garden view bure was nestled amongst tropical plants and trees but also had an outstanding view of the ocean. The ceiling fan and slatted windows provided me with a wonderful sea breeze by which to sleep. Three minutes from bed to swimming was the closest I have ever been during my many stays in Fiji. Wonderful duplex villas scattered across a steep hill which provided awesome views over the ocean and reefs. Villa 17 - Calypso - was in a wonderful location in the complex. Very comfortable and relaxing stay. It was perfect to get away from the stress of life, though the weather wasn't good at all times. We definitley recommend a stay at Crusoe's Retreat, we really enjoyed being here!

We didnt buy the all inclusive package which ended up being a good thing. Bought beers from supermarket up the road in Maui bay and duty free spirits which made the stay very affordable. There are three restaurants at the resort all of good quality and for a 10-15 FJ$ you can visit some great restaurants in the area at the Warwick and ECO restaurant to name a few.
