"What a surprise package this place was! Just an overnighter for me and a mate as we were passing thru on motorbikes. The Manager offered to allow us to park our bikes around the back, in front of their private garage, out of public view and under a security camera. Also offered us towels to dry our bikes in the morning as it was raining. Rooms were clean, well appointed and comfortable. Bistro food was yum, woodfire heater was warm and the staff were friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay again. "

"This was our second time staying at The Ridge and for good reason. If you are looking for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of city living I can definitely recommend this outstanding oasis. Tranquility, birds, Wallaroos, and a winding pathway leads you to a superbly designed house which can accommodate 2 families with ease. I love this place. Green frogs, the fire pit, relaxing outdoor setting overlooking the mountain ranges and Gloucester which is only 5-10 minutes away by car. Do nothing or do plenty with scenic drives, waterholes, and the famous Barrington Tops for those who like adventure. My favourite part was waking up every morning and seeing a different weather pattern. Some days were really foggy and other days were so clear. Being up so high felt like heaven. I’m sure we’ll see you again."
