HIIts quite stupid when a customer leave a review without even staying with us,She made a booking but never stayed with us because she could not find the motel which is shocking and now she send these stupid reviews. Sounds like Terrible the only word she knows.Thanks but no Thanks we disregard these sort of reviews.

Unfortunately I would not recommend this stay to people who are looking for a nice stay. The room smelt like sewage, it was not clean, people smoking outside the rooms all night. Found rubbish in the draws. There has been an attempt to some upgrades but a long way off at the moment. I hardly slept choking on cigarette smoke. I notified the owner and got a non satisfactory response. I found another place but of course no refund from the this place. Highly not recommended.

Somewhat clean. Bed reasonably comfortable but interior should be ripped out and redone. Furniture at the Salvation Army would be in better condition. It would hurt to fill the holes in the walls and add new screens to the windows. Very disappointing especially paying neatly $200 for the room

Comfortable but smallish room. Enjoyed the shower. Glad it had a microwave but there were no plates or cutlery apart from a teaspoon and mugs… if you have a microwave you at least need a plate or two and cutlery!

Thanks very much fir your review, we glad you had a comfortable stay with us so far.Plates and cutlery is always available at reception, we used to put them in the room before, but slowly it’s starting disappearing then we stopped it. Now we tell to our customers pls call us if you need anything and we bring it your room. We only phone calls away to help.Thanks

This is one of those sad motels that needs some care and attention. It's clean but very run down. No love or care from management

This property was filthy. The mould was flaking off in the bathroom and on the curtains. The roof of the bathroom was truly a sight to behold. The manager was nice when we requested help to move along some drunks who were shouting right outside our room. As an allergy sufferer, this place was a total no-go. Considering this was one of the more expensive options in Coota on the weekend we were there, I am severely disappointed.

I responded promptly when I got a phone call from you around 11am. Our rooms are clean and good, However the property is bit old as any other motel in town. But thanks for it. Management

Tried not to return my money for a room that smelt worse than any pub when you could smoke in it. Whole room needed a deep clean, carpet etc was dirty, basin had cigarette burns in it. I was to stay here with two young girls, however after persistence with the manager I got my money back. I have stayed here in the past and highly doubt I’ll be back, I cannot express how disgusting this room was! The manager later conceded that he was aware of its condition, however this took some hours and persistence from me. Absolutely the worst motel experience I have ever had.

HI Thanks for your review. your room was immediately cancelled when MANAGER find the problem and made the refund back to you.you stayed with us on that night in different room, the room was offered by your Friend because they only need three rooms and they booked 4 rooms. And you basically stayed a night with us for free and the manager did not make any arguments with you and refunded you the money back and you were rude and speaking full of your mouth in front of other guests which was a manner less thing. Your problem was sorted out without any arguments. But again sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks

Basic, but pleasant, helpful staff
An old and basic property. My room had twin beds and it was quite a tight fit. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the duvet very heavy. The shower was great, with good water pressure. Some of the corners had been forgotten in cleaning, and one of the lamps was not working. General lighting was fairly poor. The front-of-house staff member was extremely helpful and considerate, and I enjoyed the take-out food from the attached (Indian) restaurant.

The staff knew nothing about where to get food in town, only one place, to which she gave me very poor directions, in the wrong direction. The room was clean but run down. No milk in the fridge for the provided Iternational Roast Coffee- which is awful! Left early so that I could have a shower and a decent coffee.
