Only issues we had were that the backyard gave our dogs fleas and in the check in instructions, the owners asked for a cash or check fee for the dogs. All fees should be listed up front and not asked for on the side."

"This was a cute home in a nice location. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. The house is off a busy road and I am a light sleeper, but we didn’t hear noise and did not experience any issues with the church on Sunday or neighbor (they were very friendly). "The house is very spacious, clean and well appointed. The hostess was very gracious and very quick to reply to any messages I sent. My husband and I spent most of our time on the deck admiring the beautiful view, watching the dolphins swim by, crabbing and fishing from the dock (SC saltwater fishing license required), floating in the pool and just enjoying the peacefulness of the moment. We explored Beaufort and Hunting Island. It was a wonderful experience."

"We had a wonderful visit to Beaufort which was made more special by staying here. 4 spacious bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, Large living space and deck upstairs with another deck downstairs, a hammock to just rock yourself to sleep and kayaks to enjoy the estuary and wildlife. Well equipped kitchen and modern furnishings. The views from the house and deck were simply stunning. There were 2 kayaks to explore the shoreline. Ideal for our family gathering. The host was quick to respond at all times....

"The welcome of warm chocolate cookies was the perfect end to a long driving day. Room 16 in the cottage was perfect for us, a comfortable bed and a Jacuzzi tub to soothe body and soles after hours of roaming the beautiful neighborhood. The French toast breakfast was so good. The front porch tables were full but the tables and service inside were great too. There were some minor problems in the bathroom lighting. Everything was clean and very attractive in decor. We would stay here again. Staff were friendly and accommodating."
