"Every aspect of our stay was just great! The check in was quick and the young gentleman who checked us in (sorry, I forgot your name) was exhuberant and it was a delightful change from most hotel staff who are more stoic. He lightened the mood, welcomed us with a smile, greeted our dog (even offering dog treats) and made a mundane process a joyful one. The breakfast was good with a lot of varieties to choose from, the dining area was clean and made it all enjoyable. The only item that we would have issue with is that the bed was way too firm - since this is a personal preference, it is not something I would take away from our wonderful stay. Thank you for treating us and our little dog with care, respect and courtesy! We would likely stay here again if in the GR area."

"My husband and I stayed in the Annex Building of the property, which is the older section and no elevator. We had a second level room and had to carry our heavy luggage up the wooden stairs. The second time we were there, we had a first level room, which was much easier for us, however, the carpeting in the room was filthy, the clock on the nightstand wasn't plugged into the wall, we couldn't access certain channels on the T.V. and the vending machine, near the ice machine would not accept money and was not working! Breakfast was good, but not enough seating. The staff was pleasant. Other than the issues listed above, it was a nice stay. Next time, we will spend a little more to upgrade our room."

"This hotel is so lovely, the room was very clean, the bathroom was beautiful and I appreciated the large vanity area with plenty of room for all the toiletries, etc. Very spacious room with comfortable bed. Great parking situation also. You can park in the lot to check in, and give the front desk your parking ticket which they will take care of and give you a room card to enter the parking garage during your stay. I loved this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again! Lots of restaurants, stores, etc within walking distance. I must also mention the front desk was so friendly."

"This hotel was modern, clean and had all of the amenities needed for my work trip. The restaurant had delicious breakfast options and room service was super fast. The location is perfect for walkable options for food, coffee etc."
