The Hunter - Private apt near hunting; hospital
Ground floor apartment with a private entrance, quiet neighbors and off-street parking. The apartment has been newly furnished with a new queen bed and sleeper sofa that folds into a double (full) bed.
The hospital is 2 blocks away making this the perfect place for medical professionals looking for short term, affordable housing.
Enjoy the famous ND outdoors with hunting and fishing opportunities in the area.
Ronald Reagan Minuteman Missile State Historic Site is also a short drive away.

Durable, vinyl flooring throughout the main living space, making cleanup a breeze.
Full kitchen.
The washer and dryer are in a utility room that is also accessed by one other guest, but the door has a deadbolt and lock keeping the main living space private and secure.

There are two parking spaces directly in front of the apartment.

Owner was so great, apartment needed help
Jason who owns the property is amazing to work with by phone. The apartment needed a deeper cleaning and some air freshener... bathroom was small but remodeled... tv was modern, and mattress was so comfortable. A fan or room air conditioner is really needed especially in August. And if people out of town are coming an iron or steamer would be nice for those traveling by plane with wrinkled clothes. We got what we paid for and didn’t have to drive to Carrington to a hotel! We just gave the Dollar General store a lot of business 😉.
But Jason was the best! He answered every question and has such a great personality!
