Entire 2 bed, 2 bath apartment 2 blocks from the hospital and minutes away from some of the best hunting in the country.

This is one of five listings we have in Cooperstown. The other four are half the size of this one, but have similar amenities.

We don't generally meet with guests unless requested but are happy to answer any questions and work to resolve any issues you encounter promptly.

Cooperstown is a rural upper-midwest town of a little less than 1000. Quiet and quaint, with enough services to have everything you need including a grocery store, Dollar General, several bars and restaurants, the C-store, and other boutique shops.

Having a car is strongly recommended, but you can (and people have) got by on foot around town while staying at our apartments. Grocery store is about 8 blocks away, Dollar General is 4 blocks.

Family Visit

Overall the Apartment was ok, we had to buy toilet paper, paper towels and some cheap bowls for cereal because they were either out or the bowls were small. For the price it was a decent place to stay and allowed us to bring our dogs. We will consider staying here again in the future.

Excellent stay for a waterfowl hunting trip.

Second year staying here for waterfowl hunting. Accommodations are excellent, and there are always a ton of birds nearby!
