"Beautiful rooms, planned to have privacy and balconies. It was like staying in a botanical garden. Salt water pools, , surprise spots to relax. Great breakfast w in raised dining room with a stunning view of Arenal. Close to town but no need to Keavy’sCorner the property."

"The hotel is so pretty with beautiful rainforest surrounding it. Even with rain all the time during our stay we found it quite comfortable. My kids loved the hot springs and cold plunge pool. It was quite inside the main road compared to other places but we found the drive quite interesting. We did chocolate tour, hikes and yoga at the hotel. Our only request is wish the hotel changed their breakfast menu everyday. With 5 days of stay we were tired of the same food even though they were very good."

"Really liked our stay here. It’s still a work in progress, so going here in the future will be even better. But for our stay, the bungalows (two story lodges) were brilliant! So clean. Airy. Had everything we could need. Cleaned daily. Food was available, but at cost. This wasn’t an issue and we enjoyed it washed down with a drink or too in the bar area. The hot tub/spa was nice. Lovely temp and surrounded by forest. Very relaxing. We stayed as a family of three, our son 9yrs of age. There was plenty of space to play with other kids he met. Plenty of toys and games available to keep him and other kids entertained (connect 4, jenga, footballs, frisbees etc) Was the perfect stay, and decent location for La Fortuna, just 20 minutes drive away"

"The staff here is absolutely fantastic! Even though our trip started a bit bumpy, they totally turned it around and made us feel so welcome and at home. Their hospitality was beyond amazing, and they were super accommodating to everything we needed. We're definitely coming back when we're in the La Fortuna area! They even helped us plan activities and surprised my sister for her birthday, which was so sweet! Big shout-out to Alejandro, Jimmy, Carlos, and Victor! Pura Vida !"

"We loved our private room at this hostel and the pool was nice and it had a great area to hangout around and the place to do yoga was pretty as it overlooked a small flowing creek however it did need to be better maintained as there was lots of bat guano on the ground and some of the yoga mats and blocks, the food at the kitchen/bar there was good as well but they also had a nice kitchen you could cook your own meals in. Staff was mostly friendly aside from one of the ladies however it was not so bad that i would rate it low just from her attitude, overall i liked the area and felt safe there"

"Loved my stay here. Ultra friendly staff, good selection available for breakfast (and it started early enough so I could still get some before heading out on tours), a nice pool area, and easy walking access to all of the bars and restaurants etc. The room itself wasn’t massive but it had everything I needed and was perfectly comfortable.From memory, I got one of the cheaper options at the time, so I wasn’t exactly expecting a palace anyway. My one very tiny complaint would be the magnetic door card, which I needed to get reset about 4 times during my stay, but the staff at least never got irritated when I went to ask."
