"We had an excellent stay at this condo. You really can't beat a 5 BR, 5BA condo, and it was very spacious. We stayed during July, so it did get a little hot during the day, but each room had a plug in fan that helped keep things comfortable. We also opened the windows at night if the smoke wasn't too bad and there is a ceiling fan in the living room too that helped cool things down. Along with the rest of our group, we had our toddler and dog with us. Both had the absolute best time! It was so nice to be able to walk to town each day along the beautiful river and take the gondola to mountain village with our dog. Telluride is one of the most dog-friendly places we had been to, which was so nice given our dog's very recent terminal cancer diagnosis. So we wanted to show him the absolute best time, and this condo and town over-delivered. Ryan was very quick to respond to questions and worked to accommodate us during our stay. Overall, we would book this condo again if back with a larger group in the future!"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property management company was professional and friendly. They were responsive when I had questions. Mailed items that I left behind. The rental was well decorated and had everything I needed. The balcony was an added bonus for relaxing. I enjoyed my stay."

"We were absolutely thrilled with our stay! The location couldn't have been more perfect, being able to walk to just about everything in Telluride made our trip so convenient and enjoyable. Restaurants, shops, trails, and the gondola were all easily accessible, which allowed us to make the most of our time there.The property itself was incredibly comfortable and well-appointed, with all the amenities you could ask for. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and how easy it was to relax after a day of exploring.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Telluride. Highly recommend!"
