"In need of complete renovation carpets were stained, kitchen floor tiles were very cracked and a hazard, top oven not working and cooker rusty utensils and kitchen pans were in need of cleaning. Curtains were mouldy with black mould. Overall very disappointing."

However, the thing we appreciated most about the listing in the end was its location. We were within a short walk of the Castle, the city walls, the waterfront quay, Plas Mawr, the Royal Cambrian Academy and a myriad of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines.
