"Everything was great except for no refrigerator in the room"

"“Resort” was nice, clean and staff was friendly. I was not happy with having to pay the added $22/day “Resort Fee” for things that I didn’t use or need. This was stated at the bottom of my confirmation email, several pages deep. I looked at dates and pricing that Expedia showed and didn’t see additional “Resort Fee” or I wouldn’t have booked the is place. Wasted $"

"The noise level was very high on the 3rd floor. I could hear people walking in the room above at 4:00 am. Also could hear the conversation of the couple next door at 7:00am. Very thin walls apparently. "

"For us the bed was more a full than a queen, it was also a very firm bed. The pillows were very soft leading to them to being extremely flat. This led for a long night of sleeplessness. Other than this the hotels staff was amazing and accommodating. The over cleanliness 10/10. "

"The only complaints were that the water in the shower/tub combo did not get hot, only warm and it was pretty noisy. There were some guests near our room that were still very loud at 1 am. Had to sleep with a noise machine. Other than those 2 things, the room was fine. "

"I had a wonderful stay at The Marco Hotel. The room was lovely, with a stunning view of the lake that made the experience even more relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. What truly stood out was the excellent service — Andre was incredibly accommodating, and his hospitality made me feel right at home.
