"Freddie was so kind, assisting us with the check-in. He was beyond hospitable! I wanted to do a surprise massage package with champagne being in the room for my partner and he was able to help me get it orchestrated without giving away the plan! He even went above and beyond to adjust our dinner reservations at the Italian restaurant downstairs so we could relax, instead of rushing. "This is one of the nicer hotels we’ve stayed at and will definitely stay again when I’m Houston. The rooftop pool with Texas lazy river is definitely an experience. Day passes to the pool itself are typically $70 so when you factor that in, booking the room for a night or two is a great deal. The rooms were definitely luxury, the staff were all very helpful and friendly. This is a must if in Houston."

"A beautiful hotel, tons of classic design and decadent details. The room service was absolutely amazing. The room was beautiful my wife really loved the window from the bathtub to the bed area. You can take a nice bath while also watching TV. My only minor complaint was that he TV had that horrible “motion smoothing” feature in that makes everything look like the sci-fi channel and I couldn’t find a way to turn it off. But again this was a very minor issue and didn’t really affect our stay. "
