"Not a typical spot I usually would stay. Checked in after midnight and was put in a room on the side of the building near construction that started at 7am. Awakened by excavators and pile driving. Front desk moved us to the other side of the building where front desk staff said there were lots of rooms. The room was quieter, but had not been renovated. Sagging cracked floor, food particles in the sink, towel hanging on back of door from previous tenant. "

"With two daughters at UCF this is the most convenient hotel in the area. I've been staying here at least twice a year for the last 7 years. we bring our pets with us and its always welcoming."

"This hotel has not added well. Room was full of mold. People out front drunk and fighting verbally. The bedroom floor was a fake wood and was dirty. Had to wear flip flops. Unfortunately this hotel is in dire need of a remodel. We went for graduation weekend and didn't stay the second night there."

"The front desk, restaurant, maintenance staff are wonderful. Everything else is not! I switched rooms five times until they found me one that was habitable. First room, dead bug on the bed, second room the dust was inches thick and their were dust mites crawling on the nightstand, next room the ceiling was leaking and water was all over the window sill and carpet, finally got to a room that was habitable. The manager housekeeping to “reclean” the room. I would’ve switched to a different hotel but since it was UCF graduation there was no vacancy anywhere in the area. The hotel is outdated, worn carpets, musty due to the antiquated ac system which creates moisture in the rooms so everything feels damp. The beds are saggy and uncomfortable. I hardly slept due to the beds and noisy guests in hallways The hotel is in dire need of renovation. I would not recommend this hotel even if you get a good rate."
