"Rooms were larger than others we stayed at in Europe. Room was clean, staff was friendly and it was located in what felt like a quiet safe neighborhood. If you’re looking to spend lots of time in Old Lyon or City Center you’d be better off choosing a hotel closer to that area."

"Ev rything was good when we accessed the apartment. However, we didn't get our 4 digit code to acceess the afterhours locker containing our swipe cards. The afterhours call centre operator couldn't find our name even after two phone calls and didn't want our itinerary number. My son had to callwotif back home to get our 4 digit access code."
