We stopped over for the night on our way to the Mediterranean sea and it was a pleasant stay. The pool was great for the kids and the restaurant had good food! Also really close to downtown.

Clean hotel with the bare essentials. Location is a distance from historic region of Lyon~ 3 miles. Walking it took us 45 minutes but public transit is really close. Restaurant on site is limited in hours and only serves breakfast and dinner at set times. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Enjoyable stay

Enjoyed my stay here. It is a little out of the way but travel in and out of the city on public transport is straightforward - assuming the services are running. Breakfast was good but the bread choices were limited especially on the second morning where there was only 1 option apart from pastries and cakes. I would return. The room was nice and spacious with the benefit of a sofa too. TV was very limited with no subtitle or original language option ( now available in many hotels). No radio options either but there are probably not so many people nowadays who like this option.

The hotel is extremely dated and in need of an upgrade. Very in clean in areas. The parking is hard to find and €15 to park in this vault underground. We had an executive room, there was nothing executive about it! Dirty carpets and air conditioning was dreadful. If it’s hot, you’re gonna have an awful night. The area is surrounded by high rise flats and nothing picturesque about it and the pool is shared with another hotel so has extremely cloudy dirty water and far too small. The food is super quick so obviously not cooked fresh and the breakfast was average. Avoid this Flea pit at all costs.!

Bel hôtel bon àcceuil à l'arrivée chambre impeccable par contre vraiment petit pour 4 personnes... Un peu déçus Petit déjeuner buffet extra Piscine OK mais froide et service bar piscine à revoir d'urgence! Le bar de la piscine est fermé quand la piscine est ouverte.... Le check out ne correspond pas du tout aux standard Accor... Où est passé le bon vieux "votre séjour s'est bien passé ?"

Un appel déplorable

On m’appelle la veille pour me dire que ma réservation est pour le soir même. Je vérifie et comme convenu c’est bien pour le lendemain. On me dit que je ne pourrai pas changer. Je prends d’autre disposition et finalement le lendemain on me dit que tout est ok. Les deux hommes qui m’ont appelé étaient condescendants. Première fois qu’on me traite de la sorte. J’ai perdu 120€
