"Even though it was a little cool, we enjoyed the pool for a little bit. The river is close by you can walk overall it was a good place."

"We had a pretty good stay overall. The rv was clean, staff was nice, and it was convenient for what we needed. I liked that it was pet-friendly, and having laundry available was a plus. Would stay here again."

"Hot tub was great but was not cleaned prior to our arrival so we could not use the first day. Towels were missing but were provided upon request.There was no soap for showers.Blue binder with instructions and such was missing. We had to call for Wi-Fi info and I am sure there were other instructions in the book that would have been handy.House is in a great spot on top of the hill. General wear and tear is showing.In the end we all had a good time and appreciate the house and location. Thanks you."

"Great for a large family. It was odd to have to bring our own bedding. You also have to provide your own hand towels for the bathrooms/kitchen. The kitchen ware needs to be updated. The coffee maker took FOREVER to brew and the pans were very used. Cacti surrounds the property and we were having to pick thorns out of our basketballs and volleyball. It should be emphasized that the pool does not include a hot tub, and that it is classified as a cold sitting pool. It was posted, but we missed it during booking and was a bummer. It would also be nice to have details about river access. We went to Garner State park and had a great time, but we did not know where else we could have gone.Overall, great weekend with lots of space for our family to hang out."
