"The weather was not particularly kind to us during our stay so the property's great location helped enormously in keeping us dry (being literally metres from the Roman Baths, the Abbey and Heritage Centre). "Hosts were absolutely lovely, couldn't do enough for us and didn't batter an eyelid when one of the dogs just invited themself into their house 🙈 just laughed. "Yes, this property is 220 years old, but it is magnificent. The living room is expansive and the bedroom is huge. And it is all decorated with care and appropriateness. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has a table for two, if you don’t want to spread out on the full dining table in the great room. We particularly liked the pillows. There were dozen on the bed, and four sofas! We can’t wait to return."

"What a gorgeous property! We got a little list (Thanks Google) but once we found it, we were so happy. Beautiful cottage, thanks for the milk for the coffee. Using the heaters was a little confusing but we eventually figured it out. It is a little out of the way from places but for us, that was the point. We had a car and could easily get to Bath, Stonehenge, and other points of interest. "

"This is such a nice property, clean, bright and fresh! The location is ideal for exploring Bath. We arrived after 9 days in a hotel in London, and it was great to have access to a kitchen and washing machine. My elderly dad really appreciated the lift. Communications and check-in were easy, and our hosts were instantly available by phone when we had a question about the front door access. We also loved the recommendations for local pubs and restaurants. Thank you!"

"My family of 4 adults stayed here. It did not disappoint! Tim & Victoria are perfect hosts and the communication is great. They provide a lot of useful info to plan and stay at their home.. even have an app & book. Although they tried very hard to explain where to park to drop off our things, we failed...but it's ok.
