"The pool and hottub was disgusting, the building was old and rundown. The carpets in the room were gross. The view from our room was really nice. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. We booked the room thinking we were getting parking and free breakfast. When we got to the hotel. They told us one or the other. It was expedias issue not there’s. Expedia did not make it clear that it was one or the other. That was a big part of why we booked the room"

"This Guest House is absolutely charming. The neighborhood is wonderful and so very accessible to the main road where all the shops and restaurants are located. I loved the freedom of coming and going whenever I liked using their access method and found the Host to be very responsive via text communications. I have family in the vicinity, so this will likely be my home away from home when I come visit again."

"The host is a very good communicator, and instructions on how to get there, where to park, etc. were timely and clear. When I had to adjust the timing, he was prompt and helpful. The location is quite good, depending on what your trip plans are. There is a bus stop right at the gate, when returning from downtown Vancouver, and the stop to downtown, is about half a block, across the street. I didn't have time to venture directly around the area, so can't say anything about that. The unit is quiet and comfortable, and felt very safe. There is alot of traffic on the road, (which makes for the good bus route!) but the unit itself, is quiet. We found parking easily on a side street, repeatedly, and that is a good sign! "
