Only complaint Microtel should remove the alarm clocks from the rooms they go off in the middle of the night and it's nearly impossible to figure out how to shut it off, I think the person in the next ended up smashing it. "SpringHill is conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants, shops and gas stations. The staff are always very friendly and professional. I always have good experiences staying here."

"Found clogged bathroom sink and slow draining kitchen sink which never got fixed for my two night stay. Large hold where doorknob went through it was never fixed. Refrigerator door was extremely hard to open. Whole side of living room chair was black from dirty and was nasty. They claim to be doing renovations, but need to focus on fixing current issues to keep current customers happy. Stayed here numerous times withing the last 2 years, but may not be back. Employees at the front desk were very polite and helpful, but know they do not keep people there long, probably because everyone complains abot issues that are beyond their control."
