Check in was great. The room looked great, but my dog itched herself the entire stay. She even developed a hot spot on her head. I wish I could say we’ll stay there again, but I won’t expose her to that skin irritation.

The room was spotless. It took us a couple of tries though because the first one the sink was not draining and the second one was still not clean yet. They offered us free snacks for our trouble. The free hot breakfast and the evening social are a great win. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was nice, roomy, clean. Staff was friendly. The only disappointment was the pool was closed. We were in town for a family get together with plans to keep kids entertained at pool. We would not have booked here if we knew they were unable to use pool . This needs to be disclosed. Pools are open in middle of June in GA.

Lovely hotel

Very nice hotel. Pricey! I stayed in a room with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen, with small living room. Plenty room for our size 6 family. I would definitely stay here again. Very clean and the assistant at the desk was very helpful!

Staff was amazing everything was clean and comfortable. Few cosmetic flaws- carpet ripped by the bathroom entrance and crack in sink bowl. Either than that I slept wonderfully and well rested for my test in the morning

A little touch up

All in all it was a great place. The wash and dryer could’ve been better. Unfortunately the wash wasn’t all that great because the water had a odor and the dryers didn’t dry as good as they should spent almost 2 to 3 hours drying your clothes unfortunately they need to do better or either get better machines service was good. Food was OK. Breakfast is OK housekeeping was OK was good. I would truly say I would stay here again.

Short 1 night stay - good choice

A little older hotel, nice amenities if staying longer. Fridge nearly full sized, microwave & dishes. Bathroom had couple loose, missing tiles near toilet, but didnt affect stay. Heat couldnt really be changed, was fairly comfortable, but we like a cooler room at night. Breakfast was fair but i came down for a cup of coffee at 0945 & it was gone & no to cups. That would be nice to offer longer.

We booked a two bedroom suite for three nights for son’s BCT turning green ceremony and family day etc at Fort Moore. The staff were very nice and promptly responded when there was issue with our first room. We were offered a different suite which was okay but the rooms could use a deep cleaning and updates. The property does appear a little worn and I have stayed in better Staybridge suites prior so I was a little disappointed but it worked. Breakfast was okay, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, juices, etc. Great location with lots of dining options, and there is a AMC movie theatre right across the street.

Our stay was for 5 nights. First of all, staff was very friendly. Because this was a longer stay for us, I felt more care should have been taken to be sure our room was in tip-top shape. There was mold in the bathroom, cabinets were dirty, pots and pans were dirty, and while I did ask about extra bedding for the couch after 5 pm, we didn’t receive it till the next day. The pull out couch did not have any bedding. We did reserve the room for 3 adults. My biggest hang up was that the pool was closed on the day we arrived. When I asked about it, the host said it wouldn’t be open for our stay. I was very irritated. This should have been mentioned on the website. Thankfully, the next day, a text was sent to us after we checked in to ask if there was anything I needed. I mentioned again about the pool and it was stated that it would be open by 6pm. It was, but then closed again the next morning till about 1 pm.

I loooooove staybridge suites, but this was not so good. Worst thing? I had to take a freezing cold shower! Also, ice maker was broken and keys kept malfunctioning. Staff was kind and accommodating!
