Our hotel is providing the best and cheap service to the guests. The basic facilities are provided, Cleanliness and hygiene are the priority, As far breakfast is concerned, we are trying to add variety so that the guests can have tasty breakfast.

Sorry for the discomfort you had. regarding the wash clothes. However, you could have approached the front desk for the towels. Regarding the breakfast, we are trying to add some more refreshing items to make it delicious.

Don't worry, we are fully covered by camera's there is no security issue over here. You can safely stay at hotel.

Sorry for the bad feeling you experienced during your stay. But we think, it’s not the actual situation. There might be cops outside but that does not make any place unsafe. As far the homeless people wandering outside has bothered you, we can only protect them from coming in , we can’t go beyond our properties boundaries. We would appreciated if you had discussed the matter with hotel staff , they must have explained you. Anyways, let us tell you that we treat our guest’s security as our first duty so there is no need to feel unsafe.
