"I don’t usually do reviews but our stay warrants one. We stayed here on May 16, 2024, when we were in town to attend our son-in-laws OCS graduation at Ft. Moore. First I will start off with the front desk clerk Kristi, she was absolutely AMAZING, from our initial check in to me inquiring about the absolute pleasant smell inside the entire hotel. Her customer service was second to none, and then there was Shannon, and I couldn’t figure out if she was a manager or employee because she was doing it...

"i was moved to 3 different rooms in less than an hour, 1st room had a leak on my bed, 2nd room had mold, 3rd room had mold and blood and feces on the walls. the staff was super dismissive to my concerns. As the ceiling was leaking on ME the staff member said "is it really a big deal?" "
