Super easy to get to from airport terminal. They gave me early check in at no additional charge. Breakfast was great & free. Shuttle van was on time and driver so friendly. Overall a great value and pleasant experience.

The hotel and staff was great for the most part. However, when you are told breakfast is available until 10 and then you arrive at 9:30 to no hot food at all and other items being limited it is very frustrating. I asked if they were bringing out kore food and they said there is no more. Another guest complained because he experienced the same thing at 9am a week earlier. Very frustrating and upsetting when you spend $160 on a room for a night and get a single tiny muffin and bruised banana as your breakfast.

Great service the day I checked in. Mediocre service my 2nd day. Guy at front desk couldn't recommend a restaurant & didn't tell me about restaurant fliers available for my review. The little kiosk of food & drinks is great! The property is nice, but the area around it is very industrial - would be nice if the hotel created a small, fenced in park or garden for guests. A smokers area would be nice, too.

Best hotel within a short distance of Columbus airport. Walk or take the free shuttle. You can even park your car there for $10 a day. Will always stay here when flying out of Columbus.

Very nice hotel in close proximity to the airport with a 24 hour airport shuttle. Delicious continental breakfast! Very courteous and professional staff. Always stay here when traveling.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport. The receptionist was kind and friendly. The room was spotless. I parked out front so it was easy to get in and out. I will continue to use this facility when I need to fly early.

I have stayed here before, but this time around I experienced some issues with the cleanliness of the bathroom. First the toilet water tank would run every 5-10 minutes. The shower curtain also smelled bad, like a sour, moldy, mildewy smell. The pillows were too soft for me, and I could not sleep well (partly because I did not bring my CPAP machine). The noise from the toilet water tank running also contributed to me waking up from very light sleep. Only one of two elevators were working, and that elevator had a 1st floor button that was very difficult to press to activate. Other than these issues the staff was very courteous and prompt, and the free breakfast was decent.

Great hotel right at Columbus airport. Rooms are comfortable, have a microwave and refrigerator and a great bathroom highly recommend, especially if you have an early morning flight.
