Room was dated and paint was peeling. Doorframe was cracked where it looked like someone had broken in before. Holes in the ceiling. Not able to sleep in with all the noise from workmen starting before 8 am
Paint on ceiling all peeling off. Had to fight with shower curtain while having a shower. A real pain. Had a blue throw blanket on bed which was so old and manky should only be used for in a dog's bed or thrown out. Need to spend some $$'s to upgrade. Very old and tired deco. Staff very nice though

Hotel location and staff were great but building too old and bed was very uncomfortable. If you think about your budget it’s acceptable but I would not recommended
The hotels is dated and the bright colours in the halls are out of place. On top of that the bathrooms look like they haven’t been upgraded since the Queen stayed and half of the bed was on a slight dip. Overall the only thing that saves this place is the wonderful restaurant on the ground floor and the friendly staff. For what you pay I’d expect a little more.
