"The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed, at such an affordable price! The staff members were friendly and helpful. Great location for getting to the Grand Mesa, where we spent the day. The breakfast serving area was rather small and chaotic, with ok food (but we were glad to have it included)—otherwise everything was excellent and we will return and recommend to our friends."

"Pros: Enjoyed a cocktail at the reception desk, a really nice experience after a long drive. Nice location, easy walking distance to town. Good Mexican food at Felix’s. Mattress, towels, linens, soap, shampoo etc all high-quality. Great light but satisfying breakfast: yogurt parfait, good coffee. Cons: Receptionist was efficient though not terribly friendly. Air conditioner was noisy enough that it affected our sleep. It’s something I mentioned to the owners via a text that they never responded to (maybe it’s a non-monitored account). Location next to busy Rt 70 may be a problem for some but the outside noise level was tolerable."

"We had little to no communication with the host prior to our stay however, the directions were very simple and easy to follow.The house was in a good location for what we had going on, between palisadeAnd old town grand junction. The house was clean and spacious. I had a wedding cake to make for a friends wedding and the kitchen was great with tons of space to spread out. Having the garage to park in and small yard in the back was nice as well.The only criticism that we had with the house was that all of the light switches when they are turned off, have a blinking green light on them. My husband is very sensitive to lights and we had to find some paper and tape to cover them, especially in the bedroom at night.All in all, it was a great stay and would highly recommend this house and host."
