"The communication and ease of checking in and out was great and it was in a very convenient location. The beds were awful though. Very old mattresses that felt like an air mattress and made noise when you moved at all. Extremely flat uncomfortable pillows. Nobody in my party was able to sleep well. I would highly recommend replacing the mattresses and pillows as it is not expensive to buy decent ones at places like Walmart or Costco."

"The location is fantastic. We could walk north to old town or the CSU area and a plethora of shops, restaurants, and bars. Or walk the old dirt Collins neighborhoods under the trees and all the old houses. We drive to the Gateway Natural Area and it took maybe 20mins to be in a canyon and hiking.Everything in the property is very nice. Appliances, decor, materials, etc.If we are back in town we will definitely look to be staying here."
"The houses are in good condition, and one is newly remodeled. The Air Conditioning is very spotty and needs to be upgraded. You can easy walk to almost all of downtown. "
