We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Experience the comfort and privacy of your own private space in this remodeled Victorian lower duplex suite. You will have the entire lower floor to yourself with a dedicated entrance to your suite. Please note the washer and dryer amenities are shared with the neighboring unit.

On-site parking is available for your convenience. You'll be a short walk away from local restaurants, coffee shops, and the vibrant downtown district. Enjoy your own private entrance and a shared backyard. If you are traveling with a larger group, we also have another listing where you can rent both units together.

Soft morning light filters through tall windows as the mountain air drifts in, inviting you to slow down and savor the start of your day. After wandering through downtown Colorado Springs or exploring nearby trails, return to a quiet suite that blends historic character with thoughtful comforts. Curl up with a book in a sunlit corner or gather in the lounge for an evening of connection.

Living space
Located on the lower level of a Victorian home, this suite offers a calm retreat in the heart of the city. High ceilings and farmhouse-modern furnishings create an inviting atmosphere. Settle onto the plush sofa or an armchair in front of the 55” Smart TV, equipped with Netflix and YouTube, and enjoy relaxed downtime after a day of adventure. The open layout keeps dining and lounging spaces connected.

Kitchen & dining
A remodeled kitchen with stone countertops and wood cabinetry provides all you need to prepare meals. Stainless steel appliances include a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and hot water kettle. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, and wine glasses are also provided. Share your meals at the dining table for four or linger over coffee before stepping out to explore.

Sleeping arrangements
Two private bedrooms ensure a restful stay. Each includes a queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress, fresh linens, extra pillows and blankets, clothing storage, and a dedicated window air conditioning unit. Soft lighting and simple details create a setting designed for comfort.

Bathrooms
Refresh in the main bathroom’s walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling tile. A convenient half bath sits off the living area. Both spaces are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels, and other essentials.

Outdoor living
Step outside into the fenced backyard, a shared green space where you can enjoy a quiet cup of coffee at the patio table or let pets explore under your supervision.

Amenities
Guests have access to Wi-Fi, TV with standard cable, washer and dryer, air conditioning, portable fans, and heating. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and exterior security cameras. A private entrance with keypad self check-in ensures a smooth arrival. Free parking is available on the premises, and the home is pet-friendly, with assistance animals always welcome.

Neighborhood
The central location places you within walking distance of downtown Colorado Springs, where coffee shops, restaurants, bike trails, and boutique shops await. Museums, art centers, and craft breweries are nearby. Garden of the Gods, the Broadmoor, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo are all a short drive away, giving you easy access to both natural wonders and local culture.

We would highly recommend renting out a car to visit and tour the beautiful areas of Colorado Springs.

If you are not able to rent a car or drive then do no worry! Colorado Springs has some great options for public transportation. The main bus terminal is a few blocks away.

***PLEASE NOTE*** You are renting the lower level unit of a duplex property. This residence features two separate units that are both short term rentals–one main level suite and one upper level suite. The two units share the front door, but each unit has a private entrance. This is a historic 136 year old home! Please know older homes come sometimes creaky floors, and other quirks.
This home has two window AC units, one in each bedroom window. Kindly note there is no central AC in this unit.

For safety, security cameras are installed outside the property. No cameras are inside the property for your privacy.

Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $75 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum $500 fine.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. We have installed cameras outside the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to ask us.
