Avoid this place at all cost! Never anyone at desk, nor will they answer the phone. My boyfriend was running out of oxygen and I was unable to get assistance at front desk with my key to get into room. I had to call police. Fighting, drugs, and drama. Front desk had left phone unhooked and I could hear an entire personal conversation between coworkers. This went on for about an hour until I drove to the office from the hospital I was visiting just to get my questions answered. I can guarantee I will never have another stay worse than the one I had here.

I left shortly after checking in. The lady at the front was nice, that is the only good thing. It was filthy, homeless guy next to my door I had difficulty getting him to move, I could hear them talking outside of the window, it smelled bad, I didn't feel safe, and there were stains all over the sheets/comforters.

The room was NOT clean, it was gross. A shopping bag with rotting fruit from previous occupants was left in the bathroom. There was hair all over the sink and toilet. The carpet was filthy. The building, stairs, and doors are all in complete disrepair. Accessing the room was totally hit or miss, I had to have magnetic cards replaced twice. Internet did not work at all. All that said, I guess that is why it's only $55 a night.

Everything was bad. The door would not unlock with the key card so we had to wait out in the cold and ask for help from the front desk, the neighbor across the way was disruptive and we could hear him yelling, and the room was very uncomfortable. We ended up leaving and staying in a different hotel.

The Lady at the front desk that works night, helped me out really well! And i appreciate her for the extent she went to accommodate me. However the place had a weird smell i had to spray perfume on the carpet, curtains or blinds dirty and mildew on it, shower curtain was nasty as if it wasn’t wash for months and bathroom need repair.. Bed was comfy, towels & rags super clean.. I prayed that room out invited Gods presence and slept well.. Thank You

I didnt use the shower and not sure if I would. Mold spots.... could use a pain job but the staff was awesome. You get what you pay... the room was good value for a night or two

Initially I was given a room that had not been made up in a dingy back part of the hotel. They moved me and "upgraded," which was appreciated, but there were a ton of cigarette butts right outside my door. ah well...at least it's inexpensive.

Cannot say enough to describe how bad this place is. 1-no sheets on either bed, I had 2 queen beds 2-filthy, nasty place right down to the manager on the place 3- electric went out due to faulty wiring and had to flip the breaker box in the office 4- sink was dirty, (soda pop?) was drained in the sink and never cleaned.. gooy mess., hair ball the size of a golf ball in tub, alcohol and food left in a dresser drawer, (I don't drink), ALL tables and counters were dirty with rings and food on them. I was told (a lie) there were no rooms available so the front desk got me cleaning rags, gloves and cleaner to clean myself. When I turned on the water for the tub, the handle came off.... the water was running! Not draining fast enough! The tub ran over on the nasty carpet. At this time they gave me a "clean" room. Upon arriving, the door wasn't locked. I searched the room, found the alcohol, no bodies, but wouldn't have been surprised. At 12 am..., one of the renters of rhe hotel showed up with their truck with pipes! Rived it up for a half hour and left. Showed back up at 1am Rived it up so it woke everyone! The night lady was very helpful. I was told the "manager " would be in at 7am to reimburse me. Suppose to have my room reimbursed... hopefully! Manager at 7am was rude, nasty, unprofessional. Waiting on payment from them. Will not stay there again and I plan in turning them into the city of CS. SO NASTY!!! HEALTH VIOLATIONS!!!

Glazed and confused.
First we got a handicap room which felt odd since we're not handicapped. The bathroom sink was very low and the shower was difficult to use. Second, I got a sliver of glass in my wrist when I sat down on the bed. There were tiny slivers of glass on the bed cover. We didn't want to shake them out on the floor so I had to roll it up and request a replacement. 20 minutes later I was given a sheet for a bed cover. It wasn't sufficient for warmth. On our second night the room key wouldn't work so I went to the office for a replacement but it was closed. Then strangely a woman inside handed me a replacement through the door crack before I even told her what I came for.

we do understand your issues. However you reserved the handicap room online when you booked. If the lady had the intuition of you needing a new key. there is not a issue. our office is open 24 hours. late night the side door is what is used to help guests. if you found glass in the room that should have been stated immediately. There was nothing broken in the room for this to have happened.

The bed was great! The people seemed friendly enough, but don't take care of any problems within any of their rooms like holes in floors, etc. I was told that I would be refunded in a couple days but got more taken from my account because they scam people!

We do take care of issues in the rooms, there was no holes in the floor. We did NOT take any money from you post stay, at check in you paid a 75 dollar refundable deposit which was returned to you and takes 3 to 5 business days. Unfortunately for you, your statements were untrue we do not scam people

I don’t think the comforter has ever been washed and the carpet was so bad we put our shoes on . If it hadn’t been so late we would have left . People fighting all night out side . They held 132.00 on our card for Incidentals when the sight said it would be $50. Per night . Not sure why all was refunded but 8.50. Must be another surcharge?tax? Wasn’t on the receipt. No coffee or Continental in the morning which is fine , just wanted out of there .

Sorry you felt that way, the 8.50 you were referring to was your pet fee. just so you know, on a suite which you were in, the deposit is 100 and the pet deposit was 25. We have coffee in the rooms and at the front desk served fresh every morning, the continental breakfast goes memorial day to labor day.

Generally the hotel was good. The area of town, coupled with a prone with vagrants and less than desirable people renting rooms leads to frequent police interaction and questions of safety and security.
