Quick Vacay/sports tournament

Good central location close to all of the places we wanted to go. Great communication with property owners and easy check in. The bunk beds were perfect for our teens .

We were very satisfied with our stay for a short vacation in the Colorado Springs area. The place was each to get to and very centrally located. The off street parking was perfect. The place was clean and we had everything we needed.

Safe and Convenient

Getting into the property was very easy, and felt secure. The master bedroom mattress needs to be upgraded. It was very uncomfortable. The floors were not well kept, and the owner asked that you not wear shoes in the unit. We did not spend a lot of time in the unit as we were busy helping my parents move but found it to be a safe and convenient property for rest.

This place felt like the home away from home had all the appliances you need to feel at home well placed within Colorado Springs your a short drive to all the springs have to offer

Aweful

We reserved about a month ahead of time and were eager to stay close to family we were visiting. We arrived late after driving 5.5 hours and were greeted by 5-6 large spiders - half dollar sized while trying to get ready to sleep. Super difficult after that and having a no shoe policy on brown stained carpet in the bedrooms. The place smelled like mildew and we all woke up stuffy. Beware I would look elsewhere as we didn’t stay more than one night

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

I would definitely recommend this condo. Accommodations were very clean and just as advertised. The location was extremely convenient for the purpose of our visit.

Lovely Little Cottage

Perfect little Casita. Very close to restaurants and the casino. Quiet, clean, and convenient. Very nice kitchenette and bathroom. Great TV.

Scary

The place was decent. There was alot of ants and we had to keep spraying raid. An ac guy came into our unit which we didn't like because our valuables where in the property. Then the next day, a man just walks in the unit unannounced and the property owner never gave us a heads up. The guy never knocked, he had the code to the door, and I had no clue who he was. It was SUPER SCARY!!! what if I was coming out of the shower, what if my husband and I were getting intimate, or my son was in the living room watching TV while I was in the restroom!?!?!? It was insanely terrifying!!! The neighbor upstairs is SUPER loud!!!!! There's alot of nails in the parking area. There was a random guy walking back and forth in the back parking, and kept looking into the porches. Other than the negatives the property manager was nice when we needed something. Neighborhood is k. I wouldn't stay here again!
