Clean, nice, good food, GREAT FREE BREAKFAST ( the best we’ve had at this price point). Friendly staff. Always asked if we wanted our room cleaned. The only complaint is the hot tub is not hot. We were told that it’s the hottest it’s allowed to be by law but I think staff failed to find out that while they had it set to that temp it wasn’t actually heating to that temp because it was cold. Issues regarding this area have nothing to do with the hotel. Friday night we were woken up by revelers and an obnoxiously loud exhaust car that seemed to race around downtown over and over again to the point I almost called the police. It is downtown so I guess we should have expected it to some degree. Honestly it was the ridiculous car that seemed to just race the streets for an hour, we likely would have not even been woken by the people had the car not woken us up at 2am. All in all we totally enjoyed our stay.

The young lady at reception who checked us in was fantastic. Hotel in a great location. Rooms are a good size and pool/ hot tub are great. Keep in mind parking is $29 per night or you can park outside on the street with meter parking @ $1.50 per hour (free from 10pm until 7am) very nice hotel if you want to stay downtown Colorado Springs.

The Hôtel was very well maintained, staff was very friendly and answered all my requests. Rooms were spacious, clean and lobby area was very nice. The pool area was clean, hot tub was fine and working. Breakfast was more than adequate, with a large selection that would answer anyone's need. Check in and check out was fast and simple. Be wary of parking though. The hotel only has valet parking (costly) due to space restriction and the areas around the hotel are all metered parking. There's also a public parking across the street, which is charging a fee too.

Location is great. The complimentary breakfast is a plus; however, the rooms are small. Also, we ran out of toilet paper and was advised by from desk to go to the lobby as the has spare one there. Suggestion, we paid to be served as we are on vacation, if you're short staff make sure you have sufficient spare toilers for your guest in the rooms.

Not worth the price
I was a bit disappointed. Fire the price and advertisements it was just not that great. Hot tub was cool, there were no towels and the front desk only had tiny hands towels! The mounitan view was pretty pathetic. The bar and restraunt was really a joke. Breakfast was OK, adverage. Room was clean, shower was nice. The constant sirens in the area made sleep rough! Not what i expected for the price.

Staff was friendly. Location is okay downtown right next to bus stop. There is no parking so add 30.00 extra to the price if you want valet or 10.00 to park in the parking garage across the street.

I had to stay several days for a friend in the hospital. It was day by day and they were very accomodating at the hospital. Everything was clean and very quiet, and the valet service was fantastic.

Seemed light on staff but they still did a great job and we're very welcoming. Our wine glasses were dirty and they were returned to the rack every day after room service left with a visible lipstick stain from previous user. Breakfast was great with plenty of options to choose from. The pool room was kept very clean and stocked with towels

I liked the valet service; however, I think that $29 per day is expensive. I really disliked that there were really no gluten free options, other than hard boiled eggs for breakfast.
