Not a bad property. The staff was friendly, and has clean rooms and common areas. The mattress and pillows are a little aged, so comfort/sleep suffered. Also, the tub had a slow drain.

We stayed here while looking for a new home. It's central location for most places in Colorado Springs made the process a bit easier. Most of the staff were quite friendly and the facility was kept clean. There's a nice, paved walking path not far from the property as well.

From the photos it appeared the hotel was clean and nice but unfortunately there was a lot of homelessness around, the interior was dirty with foul smells. I will never return.

Reserved two rooms the night before. arrived before 400pm and was told they already filled their available rooms and didn’t have rooms for us. This was a pass-through trip to Colorado Springs, so we had to quickly find other accommodations

Need to hire more employees, the hotel was dirty, the hotel smelled really bad, we woke up with itchiness in our body and the beds have bed bugs, the windows need curtains so it can have a dark room. We definitely don’t recommend this hotel. We had a really bad experience.

Our interactions with staff were good, but overall the floors were dirty and they didn’t have clean towels available. There was lots of noise at all hours. I’m the end, the bed was clean and comfortable and it was in a good distance to everything in Colorado Springs.

I’ve stayed here in the past (under ESA management) and historically I’ve been refunded for unused nights. Recently the front desk told me I would be issued a refund, printed a receipt showing the total amount after the refund and then refused to honor that through my booking with Expedia. I will not be staying again considering they stole from me and lied about it.

I asked for a refund after one night, didn’t receive one just disrespect from the general manger Krystal, and she hung up on me and her stuff was unprofessional as well, I tried checking out on the 22nd on august told I was getting a full refund by a employee, turns out she lied never told them I checked out I lost a week in the hotel due to this just a horrible stay all together

Whelp, booked the property site unseen last minute - literally as I was driving there. The three cop cars out of front immediately made me question my choice when I arrived. Unfortunately, booking was non-refundable so I proceeded with check in where I realized that this property rents by the week and month, giving it a seedy vibe. Plus the cops onsite screaming outside occupants door to come out with their arms up. So, just beware!

From the filthy floors in the room to the utter lack of basic amenities like trash bags and toilet paper, this is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Others have had worse beds, scarier locations, or dingier rooms, but this hotel was no doubt the most I’ve hated staying anywhere. And I was stuck here for 10 days. The extremely minimal furniture was incredibly uncomfortable. (Our room had just two awful plastic chairs.) The only thing I liked about this hotel was its convenient location with quick access to 25, Fillmore, and GotG (and a Dutch Bros). I will never stay here again.

The doors and floors outside the room were dirty. There was an abandoned car on the street a quarter block away. It was purely for extended stay as in no soap or shampoo in the room. Not what I expected. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful and the room was clean.

I was disappointed in my stay. First, the rooms were not ready at check in time, but that was okay we went out and did a few other things for a couple of hours. When we returned one of the rooms was still not ready. It was not until after 9pm, before it was ready. I did not ask, but for the price of the room, it would have been nice if they would have given us a price break for the inconvenience. The second thing was there were bugs in one of the rooms.

No lobby at this property just a check in window that wasn't always open or staffed. Arrived at 7:30pm and was told to come back later because housekeeping didn't show up that day and our room was just then being cleaned. Rooms were very sparse and weren't even stocked with soap. There are kitchens in the rooms but they weren't stocked with anything at all. The lights in the rooms would turn on/off randomly - including in the middle of the night! The drain in the shower wouldn't stay open so we had to improvise and put a pen in the opening to keep the drain open so we could shower. Wouldn't stay here again.
