FANTASTIC location and Property Manager
Cute and cozy 2 bed cottage! Clean and comfortable! Awesome location! Close to food establishments and the Broadmoor Hotel. I can't say enough about the amazing property managers responsiveness and helpfulness! Would highly recommend for your stay I Colorado Springs.

Very nice kitchen. Quiet safe neighborhood of several homes hidden behind trees off a busy street. We found it very difficult to find even with GPS especially at night. Host is easy to reach, kind and very helpful.

It was nice place place to stay. The owners have good communication. It was centrally located for doing things. Some suggestions where the address for it , maybe better lights around it for nighttime. It gets some difficult to find it at night out at the street.

Well appointed older home
Very cute older home with quality updates and thoughtful appointments. It was very comfortable for us and easy to access. Safeway Grocery and shopping center located minutes away. Cleanliness was good, but house does have an "older home" smell that didn't bother us too much. Hosts were delightful and very easily available for all our needs.

Peaceful Cottage for Single People
The property was spotless & the personal touches are so beautiful. All the amenities you need for the kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The neighborhood is wonderful & so close to every place you can't beat it. Stores just down the block along with highways to Denver, Pueblo, Canon City & of course Pikes Peak & Broadmoor. Restaurants galore to choose from as well. Nice to sit out of the patio every night & enjoy the fresh air along with the yard for Skippy to get out & run around. Host & hostess are so friendly & nice you couldn't ask for a better place to spend a week away from home. Big shout out to Christy & John for having such great vacation rentals. See ya real soon, have fabulous holidays!

We had a lovely stay at the "cozy Cottage". All the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. Great location, near Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Shopping and lots of restaurants in the area. Had a wonderful time.

Great Adventure!
Went out to Colorado to visit family for birthdays, anniversaries and an exceptional get together. The highlight of the trip was the Cozy Cottage. Clean, well stocked, great location close to all, a lovely fenced yard for our dog and it felt just like home. We loved it! We will definitely stay again, may make it an annual occurrence. The owners thought of everything. Thanks to them for a great place to stay.

Private and Comfy Cottage
We absolutely loved our cozy cottage. There was enough space for all four of us. The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fenced in yard provided privacy for kids and our pet to play safely. The cottage is centrally located- we were close to all major attractions. We have visited Colorado many times but this was our most memorable trip. My husband and I are owners and property managers in Florida- we were very impressed with the property and property manager. Second time here.
This was our second year staying at this location, although last year we stayed in one of the other homes. Love the area, the nice yard for our dog, and the homey feeling. Much much nicer than a hotel.

Great, peaceful stay
The Cozy Cottage was just that...cozy. It was stocked with absolutely everything we would ever need, and more (especially the kitchen). Would definitely stay here again or in another one of John's properties, with no worries. Our small Yorkie enjoyed the cottage and the backyard too. Thank you!

Nice place!
The house was very clean with a well-stocked kitchen. Nice to have a small fenced yard for our dog. I received an immediate response to a question I had. We would definitely stay there again. The only issue would be for older adults. One of the beds was so tall it would have been hard for an older adult to get it even with the steps that are provided.

The Cozy Cottage really lives up to its name! We had a fantastic time staying here over the holiday. It was close to the family we were meeting up with in town as well as several restaurants and shopping centers. Google Maps doesn't seem to know how to find it but if you follow Christy's directions you will be fine!

Really enjoyed our stay at the cozy cottage. Perfect location for us while visiting our daughter, son in law and granddaughter. We had our poodle with us and the cottage was very pet friendly. Cute fenced in yard, etc. The caretaker was very nice and fixed one small Problem we had immediately. We will definitely stay again when visiting the area.

Very comfortable
The cozy cottage was very comfortable the location was very convenient. So close to the Cheyenne zoo, manitou springs, garden of the Gods and so much more. The only thing I was unhappy with was the smell in the cottage. It's updated however there is a mildew (old) smell that seems to come from the older cabinets and or the bay window in the front bed room. We bought air freshers to cover the smell.

Quiet and Beautiful Cottage
This cottage was amazing, beautiful and so QUIET. The cottage was the perfect size for our little family of four and so close to everything. We enjoyed the Zoo, hiking around Garden of the God's, Palmer Park, Helen Hunt Falls and the food. Historic Downtown was great just to walk around and do some shopping. This was our second time coming to Colorado Springs and we're already ready to come back. It's also a great spot for mountain bike trails, which that was my husband's favorite part.

We could not have been happier with the Cozy Cottage! Plenty of space for my husband, me, and my parents, the home was clean and updated, comfortable with charming landscaping nestled into a quiet cul-de-sac, and had every amenity we needed. It was parents' first experience with a VRBO and they were impressed.

Great Little Cottage!!
This property is just as it says in the description. Small but wonderful!! One of the best stocked kitchens we have ever rented. There wasn’t a pot, pan or kitchen utensil that we did not have. Great quiet place to relax at the end of a long day of exploring Colorado Springs. The location cannot be beat at the center of everything. Although we saw lots we still have lots more to explore and definitely will be back in the near future.

This was the perfect home for us! It was abundantly equipped to do the cooking I wanted to do and perfectly located for the things we wanted to do! The home is small but so well equipped and comfortable you don’t realize it is a smaller home. The private backyard was great for us and my daughters dogs. The home was exactly as advertised and more! Will be back!

We were ultimately impressed with both Colorado Springs and the cottage. We wish we had known that the cottage was not very private. It ended up being a good property but we would have liked something more private. It is situated as 1 of 5 properties side by side in a small overall space. The cottage comes with everything you need and it’s very cozy. The master bed is about 4 feet tall, so get a running start in order to leap onto that height. We would give this property a 7/10 score if we could.

Great location, perfect for small family
Perfectly located home. Grocery store, restaurants and sight-seeing all close by! This home had the perfect amount of space and everything we needed for our family (me, my husband, 7 year old and dog). We loved having the fenced in yard for our dog and my son loved playing in the open grass area between all of the homes. Property owner was very quick to respond when we realized we had no dish towels/pot holders. She was over within 20 minutes with a brand new set and cookies! Only suggestions I would have for improvement are bigger towels, bigger coffee mugs and lower the bed in the back bedroom. We really loved staying here and would definitely stay again!

We had a very nice stay, the location is close to everything we wanted to visit including Garden of the Gods and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. Absolutely loved having a fenced in yard for our dog. It snowed while we stayed and the property owner cleared a walking path for us and we enjoyed the deer walking through the little courtyard on the property. We would definitely stay again.
