Centrally located, close to downtown, hikes, all shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and hospitals. Enjoy the morning coffee on the porch, and if you're lucky, you may even get a view of the mountains 🏔️. Guests will have the whole lower-level area to their own use. We look forward hosting you soonest!

We love hosting but we respect privacy. We will stay out of your way as much as you desire but if you’re willing, we’ll share meals - we adopt to guests' preferences. *** Please note the whole lower area is for guests use only. If you so desire, you are welcome to use the full kitchen and the washing machine and dryer located upstairs. Owners, when present, occupy upstairs***

Great alternative to hotel

Hosts were very communicative, space was clean and had everything I needed. This was a great alternative to a hotel stay. I was visiting family and renting an entire house seemed excessive and costly. This was the perfect accommodation for my needs. The hosts were very kind and accommodating.

The hosts were perfectly accommodating and I felt very welcomed by them. I also got lots of good recommendations, and most importantly, a perfectly peaceful place to sleep and work while I stayed in Colorado. I hope I get to go back someday!

We arrived and immediately felt welcomed! The rooms were extremely clean and had everything we needed! She even provided towels. The dog was our favorite part as it was very cute! We plan on coming again! The neighborhood was nice and in a good location. Overall 5/5 stay!!

Last minute booking was required for us and our hosts really came through. We spent 4 nights and felt completely at ease. Many amenities and excellent communication. You will really enjoy the comfortable, accomodating and quiet environment. There's plenty of fun stuff to do nearby and excellent restaurants. Try the axe throwing!!! Thank you for your hospitality. quiet relaxed neighborhood, but close to everything you need

the hosts were very friendly and easy to contact. the home was quaint and relaxing with plenty of accommodations. the kitchenette was very helpful to have access to and the hosts even set out a blender for me (I like to make a morning shake). the proximity to town was perfect and easy to navigate, but just far enough away to avoid the noise and traffic. we had a great time and would certainly recommend this if you're staying in the CO springs area!
