"Residents Only" street so should be no tourist traffic and no tourist noise. FREE on-site, off-road parking for 3 vehicles. Two living rooms. 10 foot ceilings. Unique architecture. Chef's kitchen. Granite counter tops. Stainless appliances. Free Wi-Fi. Two OnDemand HDTVs. Relax on wrap around Old-World balcony and patios overlooking valley, Pikes Peak Cog Railway, and Ruxton Creek. Garden of the Gods view. Captivating views of city lights, surrounding mountains, scenic rock formations, and towering pines. Lovingly remodeled and renovated over the years. Gather with family & friends to relax and rejuvenate.

Hot tub is located in separate vaulted studio building behind and above main home. OS windows. 100% privacy.

*NOTE: Hot tub is cleaned & sanitized between each guest reservation.

Children must be supervised at all times on property and at Guest’s own risk. There are multiple steep terraces with no railings.

*Base rate is for 2 guests; each additional guest is $25/per night/day.
