Loved that the property 2nd building had a secured entrance. Great location to Garden of the Gods. Walkable to restaurants although a bit dark. Trinity Brewery was fabulous. Breakfast was great. Room was spacious except the tiny toilet/shower area otherwise a perfect space.

Great and clean property, breakfast was good. Kitchen had good cutlery options. Room was nice and clean. Parking is a bit congested , if you have lot of luggage to unload and load from vehicle, then not too convinient. Too quiet outside and some parking spots farther away are not that well lit. Overall good value for money

At first, we weren't sure this was the right place. There was no signage apart from "Welcome" outside the office. Inside, though, was clean and peaceful and has everything youd need to stay comfortably for a week or more. Comfortable and clean. Super mattress. Quiet neighborhood. Just doesnt look like a hotel, which I guess is probably the point.

Very thin walls. I was in room 116 and bedtime. I had a hard time sleeping because all I did here was some type of TV radio through the wall, which I had problem sleeping.

I’d go back.
The only thing we didn’t love about this was it was hard to get to. The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were very nice and clean.

OUTSTANDING HOTEL AND STAFF
We had a business trip that had some bumps in the road. The staff was absolutely amazing. They were all helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The free fresh breakfast was great every morning. The location was convenient for what we needed. We will definitely be back soon.

Great Hotel
The hotel is a little dated, but that being said the location was perfect, the staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was beyond my expectations. I already booked for my return in November.

The floors in the kitchen and in the bathroom were dirty. I had to mop them with their towels. We stayed there for 4nights 5 days and not ONCE did they clean the room. I had to go to the fromt desk to get clean towels. The picture on the wall was off the wall behind the couch. Then the handle to the shower broke off when my 4yr old open the shower door to get out of the shower. The shower also h Was dirty.

Its an older property but very well maintained. All the staff we encountered were extremely helpful and nice. The breakfast area is small but very clean. The lady who worked in there kept it fully stocked the whole time we were there. Any issues with our room were fixed right away. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with plates and pots. Only complaint was the laundry room could use some maintenance. Overall we loved it and would stay again.
