"The house itself was lovely — beautifully presented and comfortable — though the upstairs bathroom design caused excessive water to spill across the floor when showering, and the kitchen could use a few more basics (like extra glasses and more than one pan).The one star comes from dealing with the third party booking agency (which the review will not allow to name) which was so unnecessarily stressful and honestly a nightmare. "We had such a lovely stay! This was a beautiful property which was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. The pool area was amazing and the lake view from the bedroom made it even better. Ash was super responsive and check-in was really easy. Would definitely stay again! "

"The house was perfect for a big group of people, with six rooms, two kitchens, multiple living areas, and a garden with a bbq and spa. The view out on the lake was just beautiful, and there was tons of bird life every time we looked out. The property could have been cleaner, and there were a couple of appliances/amenities that could do with some maintenance (we emailed them separately about those), but overall it was a great place for a weekend with friends, and I would recommend it.Also, their payment system is separate from Stayz. This is not mentioned when you book through Stayz initially, so just a heads up if you’re thinking of booking. I found the hosts are pretty responsive, so you can check with them if you’re not sure about their payment system. Note that they have a surcharge on card payments, depending on the card, so your total charge will end up being more than the initial listed price (in my case, about 25 extra)."

"We had a great short stay here. The unit had everything we needed & easy access to a big garden backing onto the lake. Our pip enjoyed playing with the resident little dog. Outside areas would be nice in summer. Good communication with owners. We’d happily go back again. "
