"We stayed in Garden Villa 3 and loved it, it's a very spacious villa, it was very clean and we could see the lake from our veranda. Our daughter enjoyed the playground and pool, it was just a shame the jumping pillow wasn't there."

"The Cabin was lovely and the garden space more than adequate for our dog Sophie to have fun in. Loved getting Newcastle TV so we could watch the footy and not miss out. We had a lovely time and the walk to the lake's edge was great; we met some very friendly locals who also had a few dogs that got along really well together with our's.All in all a very enjoyable experience. Allison the host was really great with communication throughout and very helpful.Cheers.Cheryl and Ron"

"Great location right on the water with water views. The spa was great although would have been more convenient on the ground floor next to the outdoor pool as the kids used both pool and spa which meant they had to go through the house and up the stairs to get to the spa."

"The property is in a lovely position. The lake is in view from a lovely balcony to sit and gather. All bedrooms and bathrooms were modern and clean.Access to the entire house was available, however, only the upstairs was adequately heated. Unfortunately the downstairs was not heated and being winter was very cold. This is definitely a summer getaway."

"Such a perfect location backing on to the lake. We all loved using the kayaks.The large deck was great for relaxing on with water views and the egg chair was a comfortable place to sit and read.The beds were good but the double sofa bed is really only suitable for children. Large secure backyard for our dog."

"The property was fantastic! Location was great! Kids loved being able to ride their scooters out the front and suited us for our dog! We loved being able to recharge and unwind from work! Thank you again! We can’t wait to come back to the little blue house in buff point!"

"Upon arrival at the motel we were concerned , it is currently undergoing major reconstruction and renovation, this is not mentioned in the motels site listing on Expedia. It looks like a demolition site and we were not even sure if we had the right place. Upon finding the office a friendly enough gentleman checked us in and sort of apologised for the state of the place. Our room in the remaining block of units was clean and tidy, the only real issue being the tv not working, which turned out to be the power points on that side of the room not working, which required a long extension cord to be supplied. Overall the stay was clean and comfortable and quiet. More communication about the condition of the overall motel would be nice. I would still recommend it as a place to stay. But"
