"The room is really cute, very California and kinda gives off a funny porno vibes at first…until you start to notice the area it is located in. The basement of the hotel is a male strip club, there are multiple “Cash Loan” providers and across the street next door is a community shelter home. As someone unfamiliar with the neighbourhood, I arrived to find an environment that felt significantly less safe and far removed from what was presented online. The area appeared high-risk, with many nearby businesses using controlled-entry doors and signage referencing constant police presence. This, combined with the general condition of the surroundings, made me increasingly uncomfortable as the evening approached. Definitely a unique experience if you’re looking for something…different. It kinda feels like a movie that could easy go from comedy to horror…depending on your perspective and genre preferences. Hope this helps! "

"Parking was great, renovations underway but was checked in and in my room in about 2 minutes. Very clean room. No coffee machine, no iron or board, probably could have asked but I made due. Will stay there again as that area is great."

"The rooms were clean but there was a stain on the bed that I couldn’t identify, not too big of a problem I had already brought my own sheets incase of something like that but I enjoyed the room overall it’s a great inn."

"The room was a little cramped, but sufficient. I was pleasantly surprised by the kitchenette and available cookware, but annoyed at the lack of actual dinnerware (plates, etc). There was no fan in the bathroom (not ideal for hot showers), but the bathroom was clean and nicely appointed. The beds were comfortable and had nice quality pillows. Overall, it was a cost-effective option for a couple of days, and met most of our needs."
