Large clean room with good facilities. Had dinner in hotel, food and drink good but waiter constantly in his phone. Couldn’t get through to hotel for shuttle bus from airport and no one on reception when we arrived. However shuttle bus back to airport was easy to arrange.

It was very pretty and aesthetic. Pros: good breakfast, near porz-wahn station which takes you easily to Cologne Cathedral. I loved that they had a water bottle to fill. The reception staff were friendly and professional, reception areas very nice. The room was very clean and modern, well paid d out. Would have given 5 stars but the pillows were t good and the bed was a bit firm for me.
