This was the most luxurious and amazing stay we have ever experienced! The staff was phenomenal ensuring our stay was simply magical! The ambience can not be matched! We were treated royally our entire stay. We will definitely return to this establishment anytime we visit Cologne! We were even able to meet the owner and he was very gracious! Hands down the best stay and experience ever!! We could not have asked for better accommodations to celebrate our Anniversary! Most Sincerely, The Browns

An absolute dream property with very high standards of luxury and hospitality alike. Truly a five star experience with wonderfully personal service provided by all staff members. Fantastic breakfast, great rooms with super luxurious bathrooms and tasteful furnishings. Definitely worth a visit and stay - highly recommended.

Our stay was very nice and the architecture of the castle turned our getaway in an unforgettable experience. There are some things that can be improved such as the AC and an outlet didn’t work. The hot tub in the SPA is a little outdated. The Lobby Restaurant and the Italian Restaurant were very nice and elegant. The staff is very friendly.

Nice pool/spa area. At times it feels lime a maze but the Palace is beautiful. Note that it isn't isolated. You're in a suburban area really, with grocery stores and more affordable restaurants. Great venue for a wedding

Our stay at Schloss Bensberg was great, we wish we could have stayed longer. It’s an excellent hotel and we will gladly stay here again if we are in the area. The staff were great.

We only stayed one night here to relax in the Spa after an eventful weekend. The service is really good and the hotel is quiet for its size. The spa area was very nice. Unfortunately, Vendôme was not bookable but their Italian restaurant was lovely. The breakfast was good, a lot of variety but we had better in other 5 star hotels. All in all we had a great time and would come again for a quiet getaway.

The breakfast was amazing. The uniqueness of the food offerings and assortment was perfect. The large soaking tub was nice. Nice dinner/lunch food choices right out side as well. There is a Rewe about 1km away in case you need any supplies.

This is an amazing hotel in an old, historical property. The staff were helpful, professional and spoke excellent English. There are plenty dining opportunities. The rooms were clean, the bedding comfortable and nice. Extra bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend this place!
