BAD LOCATION -DESCRIPTION NON CONFORME COLLONGE 01550

Arrivés bien avant la canicule,31 degré à l’intérieur de la maison.En guise de climatisation, un simple rafraîchisseur mobile non branché ! malgré nos instructions. Nous étions en famille avec nourrisson et enfant de 2 ans. Suite à notre demande persistante, au bout de 4 jours , un technicien est intervenu sans succès . De plus terrasse dangereuse,non sécurisée. Aucun accueil physique de NS Prestige Conciergerie. Odeurs nauséabondes dans la salle de bain, idem dans la salle de sport située dans le GARAGE ! Nous avons dû héberger les enfants à l’hôtel ibis dans une chambre climatisée à 15km de Collonge. Nous avons réglé 5000€ pour cette location, nous demandons 1500€ de dédommagement Nous déconseillons formellement NS Prestige Conciergerie qui n’a pas rempli ses obligations ainsi que cette location qui n’est pas conforme au descriptif.

Merveilleux séjour

Venus avec une équipe dans le cadre du travail, la maison est parfaitement adaptée à 6-8 personnes avec son nombre de chambres, de toilettes et de salles de bain. Très agréable cadre avec une belle pièce à vivre. On reviendra!!!
