"Our host Natalie was great. She responded quickly to all emails. Natalie informed of check-in procedures early enough to make plans. We have stayed at this house for the past four or five years. The house is perfect for a big family. We enjoy not having to climb up and down stairs to get in and out of house. It would be nice if they would have a handrail for the three steps to the door though. My family loves this place and will continue to have our yearly beach vacation at the same house if they will have us."

"HUGE COVERED BOAT LIFT AND PATIO AREA!!!! The covered upper deck over the dock area was the best I've ever seen or stayed at. You could relax outside in the hot Texas August heat and still stay fairly cool under the shaded upper deck. The house is great! Nice big roomy kitchen and living areas. It was perfect for our group. The AC blew cold inside the house - key for this time of year! One of the more special notes is this house doesn't have the sharp inclined stairs and it was only one flight up to the main house and a slight inclined catwalk to the covered upper deck. The sunset off the deck area was the best. Perfect picture taking place with great views everywhere! Another note for you fisherfolks - there is quite a bit of room in front of the house to back your boat in and still leave it hooked up to your truck allowing plenty of more space for others. There's no doubt our next stay in Gorda will be here!!! - Clint W"
