My room didn’t get cleaned. I had to asked for sheets to change my bed. No clean towels, no soap or disposable cups. When I checked out. I turned in the key they told me not to leave. The front desk person raidio the maid to check the room to see if anything was missing… that is an insult. I’m not coming back to them. I don’t recommend it to any of my friends.

Excelente ubicación, super limpio, tranquilo pero no tiene elevador y me tocó tercer piso, fue muy pesado la verdad estar subiendo y bajando y más por llevar a un adulto mayor. Algo que tampoco me gustó es que está muy encerrado, teniamos aire pero fuera de eso, totalmente cerrado.

Habitación promedio, creí que por ser un hotel tendría aire acondicionado, y el ventilador era muy ruidoso, de ahí en más todo bien, nada ruidosa la zona y cerca del centro eso lo compensa un poco

Cuando llegue, me dijeron que mi reservación estaba en el tercer piso, le expliqué al señor que me atendió que tenía mucha dificultad para subir escalones, y me dijo que si quería en el primer piso tenía que pagar más dinero y lo tuve que hacer, también muchos problemas con el internet y la tele se veía por una antena hecha con unos tubos, cada rato se quería ir la imagen, bueno muy mala experiencia y muy molesta con Expedia.mx

Todo estuvo muy bien el único inconveniente fue que la tasa sanitaria está muy pegada a la pared y la regadera no tenía cancel o alguna cortina. Las instalaciones están cómodas
