The entire property needs to be updated. Rooms look like they're from the 50s. We were given a room that had excrement floating in the toilet. The sink had no stopper and I almost lost a hearing aid in it. The dining room is bizarre, very dated. Often a pianist is playing so loud that one can't hold a conversation. The food is good and not expensive.

Very disappointed

Hate to say this as the staff were so nice. The hotel is beautiful. The wifi wasn't just weak, it absolutely did not work. Very hard mattress, no shower mat. No hand towels. Cold shower without any pressure . One packet of coffee, no cream, no tea . I would not return.

The woman at the front desk was very helpful and nice. Unfortunately after many attempts to call the front desk, I was unable to reach the hotel. The numbers listed online for the hotel are actually a call center. It was extremely frustrating not to be able to reach the hotel front desk.

The bedroom had several malfunctioning items: non-working telephone, torn string so the shade did not slide,no shower - non-working jacuzzi tub. and finally, adjacent room with noise level too high at night. I would not return to this hotel as long as the rooms are not updated.

El hotel podría ser muy bueno pero está demasiado descuidado, los colchones son duros, manchados, viejos y de resortes, las instalaciones eléctricas no sirven (contactos inservibles, apagadores sin uso, todos demasiado anticuados), la cortina de la habitación está cayéndose,el baño muy deteriorado, la secadora de pelo no servía y no tenían de repuesto, un solo gancho en un clóset amplio, la cafetera no sé que tenía que al preparar café despidió basura, ya no lo pude tomar, me imagino que cuando inició operaciones era amplio, bonito y confortable pero desde ese tiempo a la fecha lo han dejado caer. No vuelvo a ese hotel
