"My overall stay was good staff was amazing and friendly, breakfast was also good. The room was ok not too bad. The only issue a ran across is I paid a deposit or my stay which was refundable. Its been two weeks since I been back and its still not refunded to my account."

"Staff inside were friendly and helpful, shuttle drivers were sometimes not. Restaurant had good food, but was not open 7am - 10 pm as posted. Beatriz was amazing. Pool was closed, gift shop was never open that I saw. Rooms were well serviced, but overall pictures were misleading."

"I actually loved the property and would more than likely stay there again. The reason I did not give the property 5 stars: 1) the sink area in the room should have a door so that the light and sound can be muffled. I am an early riser, my family is not. Me being up to wash my face, brush my teeth, get ready to go have my coffee totally woke everyone up because of the light and just me getting ready for the day. 2) the toilet lever did not work without me holding it down for the flush cycle. For a property like this, maintenance should be a given. 3) the breakfast. I did not read closely enough, but there should at least be a sign outside the entrance to “remind you” that breakfast is like $25/person. The breakfast was the same breakfast I could get “complimentary” at a lesser hotel chain. I definitely would not have paid $25 per person. Other than that, it was a great property. Nova Restaurant - the food was great."

"I was pleasantly surprised with the room's kitchen amenities and their accomodations for our dog! Even had a dog park walking distance from the hotel. Very cozy and perfect break from the road. Hotel is also accessible to most DC destinations."

"My stay was to celebrate my anniversary. Overall is my was a wonderful stay. The room was a nice size and we lived the view. We also loved how it was a mini apartment with kitchen and living room quarters divided. The downfall to the room was there was blood on our wall and something else in the bathroom a lil dirty. The room appeared clean but had these issues with the cleanliness. We reported it as soon as we saw it and they sent someone to clean it and we worked with the manager to get an appropriate conversations for the inconvenience. The options for food were amazing. Love the fact you can get complementary breakfast every morning. All in all the stay was great and we would go back. Just the one issues with the room."
